There was no surprise when 15th ranked Torino (2-23) was crushed on the road by tenth ranked Monsummano (13-12) 101-41 on Sunday. Monsummano held Torino to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 53.3 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Torino 50-14 including a 17-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Monsummano looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Torino's players. Forward Marco Petrucci (195-92) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds for the winners.
