Regular Season Round 25: Audentese/N. - TLU/Kalev 66-83

Bottom-ranked Audentese/N. (0-26) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 83-66 loss to second ranked TLU/Kalev (16-8) in Tallinn. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. The game was mostly controlled by TLU/Kalev. Audentese/N. was better in fourth quarter 21-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian center Dominykas Milka (203-92, college: St.Rose, NY) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 6 rebounds. Ivo-Van Tamm (198-96, college: High School) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Kregor Hermet (204-97) answered with 12 points and 5 assists and Taavi Jurkatamm (200-97) added 11 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Audentese/N.Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TLU/Kalev have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain second place with 16-8 record having just two point less than leader TU/Rock. Audentese/N. at the other side still closes the standings. TLU/Kalev will play against Parnu (#5) on the road in the next round. Audentese/N. will have a break next round.
