Very expected game when 10th ranked Akropol (1-25) was rolled over on the road by fourth ranked Telge (16-10) 93-59 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Telge. Akropol managed to win second period 27-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Akropol to just 7 points in third quarter. Telge forced 28 Akropol turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The former international swingman Frida Fogdemark (185-91, college: Georgia Tech) had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and international forward Ellen Astrom (170-96) chipped in 16 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals during the contest.
