An interesting game for Batumi (14-8) which hosted in Batumi one of their biggest challengers Dinamo Tbilisi (13-9). Second ranked Batumi managed to get a 10-point victory 84-74. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Batumi. Dinamo Tbilisi managed to win second period 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Batumi looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Dinamo Tbilisi's coach Irakli Khoshtaria tested twelve players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Batumi keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Kutaisi.
