The game in Suhareke was also quite interesting. One of their biggest challengers Trepca (10-12) played at the court of fifth ranked Ylli (9-12). Ylli managed to secure a 5-point victory 83-78 on Saturday. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 27-15. But Trepca won second period 23-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Trepca 44-28 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Ylli looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Urim Zenelaj (212-91) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 28 points, 18 rebounds and 4 blocks and point guard Altin Morina (194-94) who added 24 points, 6 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) during the contest. The best for the losing side was power forward Arian Mehmeti (202-95) with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Valdrin Haxhiu (191-88) scored 19 points and 4 assists. Trepca's coach Neven Plantak rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Ylli maintains fifth position with 9-12 record. Trepca lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with 12 games lost. Ylli will meet Vellaznimi (#6) in the next round. Trepca will have a break next round.
