Forward Ferdinando Matrone (202-95) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 16 rebounds. Forward Rudy Diener (202-80) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Guard Andrea Tracchi (175-86) replied with 8 points and 6 assists and guard Vincenzo Di Pierro (175-79) added 11 points in the effort for Vasto. Giulianova maintains tenth position in B with 11-16 record. Loser Vasto keeps the twelfth place with 18 games lost. Giulianova will face higher ranked Monteroni (#9) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
