Center Larry Ewulu (197-92) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Albert Pujol (-96) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Center Marc Valls (205-93) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and forward Ruben Morales (193-85) added 17 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) in the effort for Martorell. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sant Nicolau (7-7) moved-up to seventh place in Group C Perman. Martorell at the other side dropped to the eighth position with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
