Very important is a home loss of third ranked San Pietro (15-9) against eighth ranked Irpino (11-13) on Wednesday night. Host San Pietro was defeated by Irpino in San Pietro 55-41. The game was mostly controlled by Irpino. San Pietro was better in second period 14-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Irpino forced 28 San Pietro turnovers.
