Wiessenhorn upset Wolfenbuettel away from home and iced their quarterfinal appearance. Weissenhorn Youngstars looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American point guard Christopher Anderson (170-92, college: San Diego) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 6 rebounds, 16 assists and 5 steals. Naturalized Austrian point guard David Kramer (191-97) chipped in 24 points and 5 rebounds. Weissenhorn Youngstars' coach Daniel Jansson allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was power forward Sid-Marlon Theis (204-93) who recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and Robin Amaize (188-94, agency: Octagon Europe) added 21 points respectively. Four Weissenhorn Youngstars and five Herzoege Wolfenbuettel players scored in double figures.
