No shocking result in a game in Arkadia where twelfth ranked Arkadikos (8-17) defeated bottom-ranked Kavala (5-20) 74-68 on Saturday. Kavala trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 19-14 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 68-74 at the end of the game. Kavala was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American guard Cameron Jones (193-89, college: N.Arizona) fired 19 points and 6 assists for the winners. The former international center Vasileios Kavvadas (204-91) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Jones is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
