The game in Gjakove supposed to be also quite interesting. Fourth ranked Trepca (11-12) played at the court of 6th ranked Vellaznimi (3-20). Trepca smashed Vellaznimi 94-66 on Friday. Trepca shot 61.3 percent from the field. Trepca outrebounded Vellaznimi 33-21 including 25 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for swingman Korab Prekazi (198-92) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points. Swingman Valdrin Haxhiu (191-88) helped adding 22 points and 4 assists. Four Trepca players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Blendi Matoshi (196-94) with 19 points and 5 rebounds and guard Arian Qallaku (195-92) scored 18 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Trepca maintains fourth place with 11-12 record. Vellaznimi lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with 20 games lost. Trepca will meet at home league's leader Peja in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Vellaznimi will play against Bashkimi (#3) in Prizren and hope to secure a win.
