Regular Season Round 27: Energa Czarni - PGE Turow 93-71

Date: April 9, 2016
Not a big story in a game in Slupsk where 9th ranked PGE Turow (14-15) was rolled over by fifth ranked Energa Czarni (20-8) 93-71 on Saturday. The game without a history. Energa Czarni led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to PGE Turow's 38. It was a great evening for American point guard Jerel Blassingame (175-81, college: UNLV) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 assists. His fellow American import swingman Folarin Campbell (189-86, college: George Mason) helped adding 17 points. Five Energa Czarni players scored in double figures. Energa Czarni's coach Donaldas Kairys felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Australian-Trinidad and Tobago guard Daniel Dillon (193-86, college: Arizona) with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international Filip Dylewicz (202-80) scored 17 points. Energa Czarni maintains fifth place with 20-8 record. PGE Turow lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 15 games lost. Energa Czarni will face MKS Dabrowa Gornicza (#11) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. PGE Turow will play against Stabill and hope to win that game.
