The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 25-16. But Souffelweyersheim won second period 22-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Saint-Quentin forced 19 Souffelweyersheim turnovers. Strangely Souffelweyersheim outrebounded Saint-Quentin 34-20 including 26 on the defensive glass. Souffelweyersheim was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American swingman Ryan Evans (203-90, college: Wisconsin) who scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. The other American import swingman Daviin Davis (193-85, college: Weber St.) chipped in 10 points and 6 assists. Four Saint-Quentin players scored in double figures.
