Leader Lucca delivered the twenty third victory on Sunday night. This time they crushed 14th ranked Cagliari CUS (4-22) 82-55. The game was mostly controlled by Lucca. Cagliari CUS managed to win fourth quarter 12-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lucca dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Cagliari CUS's 46. Lucca forced 25 Cagliari CUS turnovers. Lucca's coach Mirco Diamanti felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. American point guard Samantha Prahalis (170-90, college: Ohio St.) responded with 23 points and 4 assists and Serbian-Bosnian center Nikolina Milic (191-94, agency: LBM Management) scored 20 points and 9 rebounds. Lucca maintains first position with 23-3 record, which they share with Familia Schio. Cagliari CUS lost ninth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 22 lost games.
