Very important is a road loss of second ranked Falconara (22-6) against fifth ranked Pescara (20-8) on Sunday night. Visiting Falconara was defeated by Pescara in Pescara 83-73. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of center Andrea Capitanelli (208-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Simone Pepe (185-93, agency: SPORTlab Agency) who added 22 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists during the contest. Five Pescara players scored in double figures. Pescara's coach Giorgio Salvemini used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pescara maintains fifth position in B with 20-8 record. Newly promoted Falconara dropped to the third place with six games lost. They share the position with Bergamo. Pescara will meet league's leader Montegrano in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
