Very significant was Vasco Da G.'s (#3, 4-4) victory against 4th ranked Sport R. (1-7) 82-67. The game was mostly controlled by Vasco Da G.. Sport R. managed to win third quarter 25-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Vasco Da G. looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists.
