Quarter-Finals Round 3: Cherkasy - Mykolaiv 68-64

Cherkasy held off Mykolaiv to advance into the semifinal stage. Mykolaiv was trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 21-14 charge of Cherkasy, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Mykolaiv's 20. Cherkasy forced 27 Mykolaiv turnovers. Worth to mention a quality performance of swingman Denis Noskov (202-90) who helped to win the game recording 13 points. The former international Klym Artamonov (186-93) helped adding 14 points. The best for the losing side was swingman Denis Ivanov (195-78) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and forward Oleksandr Tsikaliuk (204-93) scored 12 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
