We should mention about the upset which took place in Buenos Aires, where 6th ranked Ferrocarril O. (23-29) lost at home to ninth ranked Atenas (22-29) 84-90 on Tuesday. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 31-19. But Ferrocarril O. won second period 18-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Atenas made 26-of-29 free shots (89.7 percent) during the game. The former international point guard Bruno Labaque (178-77, agency: Interperformances) stepped up and scored 21 points and 6 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) for the winners and the former international Gabriel Mikulas (200-80, college: E.Carolina, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
