The game with biggest result difference took place in Helsingborg. Local Helsingborg (13-10) outscored 9th ranked Brahe Basket (1-22) 89-70 on Tuesday night. Brahe Basket was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 35-15 charge of Helsingborg, which allowed them to win the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Erik Joelsson (198-97) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and point guard Anton Persson (180-97) who added 16 points, 5 rebounds, 12 assists and 4 steals during the contest. Five Helsingborg players scored in double figures. At the losing side Vahe Gazigian responded with 27 points and 5 rebounds and Jordanian forward Ali Mamoun (185-83) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists. Helsingborg maintains fourth position with 13-10 record. Brahe Basket lost fourteenth consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with 22 games lost. Helsingborg will meet higher ranked Boras II (#3) on the road in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Brahe Basket will play against Huddinge (#6) and hope to win that game.
