Rather expected game when 11th ranked Angers (6-18) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Mondeville (10-14) 67-60. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 20-11. But Angers won fourth quarter 13-10. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The winners were led by international point guard Marine Johannes (174-95, agency: Comsport) who scored that evening 16 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists and power forward Marieme Badiane (190-94) supported her with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Four Mondeville players scored in double figures. Even 15 points and 6 rebounds by Spanish power forward Maria Pina (187-87) did not help to save the game for Angers.
