Everything could happen in S'Arenal at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Palma and 12th ranked FC Barcelona II had identical 13-16 record. This time Palma used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Barcelona 87-75. It looked good early as FC Barcelona II took a 5-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Palma had a 30-18 second period charge getting the lead and FC Barcelona II was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 75-87. It was a good game for naturalized Lithuanian forward Tautvydas Sabonis (203-92) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Palma (14-16) moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Caceres. FC Barcelona II lost sixth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the eleventh position with 17 games lost. They share it with Castello.
