Regular Season Round 30: Ourense - Prat 85-76

Everything went according to plan when eighth ranked Ourense (15-15) won against at home 14th ranked CB Prat (10-20) 85-76. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But CB Prat won third quarter 18-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely CB Prat outrebounded Ourense 42-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for Canadian-Bosnian guard Diego Kapelan (190-87, college: McNeese St.) who led his team to a victory with 21 points. Power forward Guillermo Rejon (206-77) contributed with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Five Ourense players scored in double figures. Guard Alex Ros (193-83) replied with 18 points and 5 rebounds and power forward Gerbert Marti (203-91) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for CB Prat. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Ourense maintains eighth position with 15-15 record. CB Prat at the other side keeps the fourteenth place with 20 games lost. They share the position with Planasa NV.
