An interesting game for Peja (23-1) which played road game in Mitrovice against 4th ranked Trepca (11-13). First ranked Peja had an easy win 86-58. The game without a history. Peja led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Kevin Burwell (180-89, college: Miss.Valley St.) who helped to win the game recording 19 points. The former international Fisnik Rugova (208-89) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Burwell is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Swingman Korab Prekazi (198-92) replied with 9 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and power forward Besnik Azemi (200-89) added 17 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) in the effort for Trepca. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Peja have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 23-1 record. Trepca at the other side keeps the fourth place with 13 games lost.
