There was no surprise when 10th ranked Desio (11-19) was defeated at home by fifth ranked Milano Urania (20-10) 70-59 on Saturday. Milano Urania forced 22 Desio turnovers. The former international forward Andrea Paleari (202-81) scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Thomas De Min (203-86) chipped in 10 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Milano Urania players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Alessandro Esposito (201-97) with 12 points and 6 rebounds and center Filippo Politi (205-80) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds.
