Everything went according to plan in Roma where second ranked Palestrina (23-5) outscored 9th ranked Empoli (15-13) 85-59 on Saturday. Palestrina dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Empoli's 36. Point guard Gianmarco Rossi (182-90) scored 21 points to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Nunzio Sabbatino (190-92, agency: Players Group) chipped in 16 points during the contest.
