Fenerbahce registered the second consecutive victory in the semifinal series versus Abdullah Gul. Fenerbahce players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Abdullah Gul's players. American swingman Marissa Coleman (185-87, college: Maryland) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Belarusian center Anastasiya Veremeenko (194-87) chipped in 12 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists during the contest. Four Fenerbahce players scored in double figures. Fenerbahce's coach Georgios Dikeoulakos used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. International LaToya Sanders (191-86, college: N.Carolina) responded with 9 points and 11 rebounds and American guard Chelsea Gray (180-92, college: Duke) scored 13 points and 4 assists.
