We should mention about the upset which took place in Orleans, where higher ranked JDA Dijon (19-13) lost to eleventh ranked Entente Orleans 45 (16-16) in a road game 64-74. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of JDA Dijon. The game without a history. Entente Orleans 45 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The winners were led by American forward Marcellus Sommerville (200-82, college: Bradley, agency: DTMones) who scored that evening 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Seychellois center Abdel Kader Sylla (205-90, agency: Comsport) supported him with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Even a double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds by naturalized Chadian forward Jacques Alingue (201-88) did not help to save the game for JDA Dijon. American point guard David Holston (168-86, college: Chicago St.) added 15 points for the guests. Four Entente Orleans 45 and five JDA Dijon players scored in double figures. Entente Orleans 45 have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain eleventh position with 16-16 record. JDA Dijon at the other side dropped to the eighth place with 13 games lost. Entente Orleans 45's next round opponent will be Cholet Basket (#15) on the road.
