Second Stage Round 3: Sant Adria - Rivas Promete 42-58

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Sant Adria (2-1) in Sant Adria de Besos. Hosts were defeated by Rivas Promete (2-1) 58-42. The game was mostly controlled by Rivas Promete. Sant Adria was better in third quarter 11-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Sant Adria to just 6 points in first quarter. Rivas Promete forced 21 Sant Adria turnovers. It was a great evening for point guard Gema Garcia (165-85) who led her team to a victory scoring 19 points, 9 assists and 5 steals. Lithuanian power forward Dovile Miliauskaite (187-89, college: Towson, agency: Josep and Nicolas) helped adding 12 points and 7 rebounds. The best for the losing side was center Umo Diallo (190-98) with 10 points and 6 rebounds and Helena Lopez (166-96) scored 9 points and 5 rebounds. Sant Adria's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win.
