The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Residence (15-16) in Kaerjeng on Saturday night. Visitors were edged by Bascharage (23-8) 93-91. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Residence. Bascharage looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. American point guard Marcus Neal (196-86, college: Delaware St.) fired a double-double by scoring 30 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists for the winners. His fellow American import forward Frisco Sandidge (198-87, college: Delaware St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds. Four Bascharage players scored in double figures. American guard Everage Richardson (191-85, college: Co.Carolina) produced 31 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and British-Nigerian Oladapo Ayuba (198-86, college: UMKC) added 20 points and 13 rebounds respectively for lost side. Newly promoted Bascharage maintains first place with 23-8 record which they share with defeated Residence. Residence at the other side still keeps top position with 16 games lost. They share it with Grengewald. Bascharage are looking forward to face Heffingen (#3) at home in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Residence will play against the league's second-placed Arantia in Larochette and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
