Hatay reached the championship series following a tough road win over Mersin. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized American swingman Bahar Ozturk (183-84, college: Connecticut, agency: 1x1 Sports) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. American center Courtney Paris (191-87, college: Oklahoma) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Five Hatay players scored in double figures. American center Aneika Henry (193-86, college: Florida) replied with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds and her fellow American import Angel McCoughtry (187-86, college: Louisville) added 24 points and 6 assists in the effort for Mersin.
