Siauliai overcame Neptunas to even the quarterfinal series at 1-1. The hosts were ahead by 3 points but lost the second period ending it with a 1-point deficit before their 32-22 run, which allowed them to win the game. Siauliai made 33-of-40 charity shots (82.5 percent) during the game, while Neptunas only scored thirteen points from the stripe. Neptunas was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. International Rokas Giedraitis (198-92) scored 27 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Gintaras Leonavicius (194-83, agency: Players Group) chipped in 15 points (was perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line !!!) during the contest. American power forward Jerai Grant (203-89, college: Clemson) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and international guard Mindaugas Girdziunas (188-89) scored 15 points. Five Neptunas players scored in double figures. Neptunas' coach Dainius Adomaitis tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
