Chalon/Saor trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 20-17 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 71-80 at the end of the game. Gravelines-Dunkerque forced 22 Chalon/Saor turnovers. The former international point guard Andrew Albicy (178-90) nailed 11 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 8 steals for the winning side and American Steven Gray (196-89, college: Gonzaga) accounted for 20 points. Mathias Lessort (205-95) came up with 9 points and 10 rebounds and American center Devin Booker (203-91, college: Clemson) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Chalon/Saor in the defeat. Chalon/Saor's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Gravelines-Dunkerque moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Chalon and Nanterre. Gravelines-Dunkerque will meet ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (#8) on the road in the next round. Chalon/Saor will play against JDA Dijon (#7) and hope to secure a win.
