Balkan outgunned Spartak Pleven away from home to seal their Finals appearance. The guests were already 14 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 24-18 Spartak Pleven's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 83-75 at the end of the game. It was a good game for American guard Brandon Fortenberry (190-90, college: SE Louisiana, agency: Beo Basket) who led his team to a victory with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). The former international center Nikolay Varbanov (209-85, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 19 points and 5 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) for the winners. Balkan's coach Nebojsa Vidic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Serbian guard Uros Velickovic (190-83) answered with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and Montenegrin-Serbian center Milovan Savic (205-87) added 16 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Spartak Pleven. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
