No shocking result in a game in Loganholme where third ranked Logan T. (3-1) smashed 7th ranked Ipswich Force (1-2) 129-95 on Saturday. They outrebounded Ipswich Force 44-32 including 16 on the offensive glass. Logan T. looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Ipswich Force's players. American forward Justin Baker (203-89, college: Utah Valley) fired 29 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Forward Mitch Young (206-90, college: St.Mary's, CA) chipped in a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds. Baker is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Guard Jaryd Eustace (201-94, college: Miami, OH) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists and American forward Kyle Harvey (196-91, college: Williams Baptist) added 28 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Logan T. and four Ipswich Force players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Despite that victory Logan T. went down to fourth position (League) due to points difference. Loser Ipswich Force dropped to the ninth place with two games lost. Logan T. will face league's second-placed Maroochydore Clippers in Cotton Tree in the next round and it may be the game of the week.
