Regular Season Round 9: BA CoE - Sandringham S. 65-82

Very important is a home loss of third ranked BA CoE (4-2) against seventh ranked Sabres (2-6) on Sunday night. Host BA CoE was defeated by Sabres in 82-65. It was a good game for American guard Brittany Smart (175-85, college: Cedarville) who led her team to a victory with 26 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Her fellow American import guard Amy Patton (178-91, college: N.Arizona) contributed with 27 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Four Sabres players scored in double figures. Swingman Eziyoda Magbegor (176-99) answered with 14 points and 9 rebounds and American guard Jasmine Simmons (163, college: Rock Valley JC) added 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for BA CoE. BA CoE's coach tested twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Sabres moved-up to sixth place in League. BA CoE at the other side keeps the third position with two games lost. Sabres will have a break next round. BA CoE will play on the road against Lady Bandits in Albury and hope to win that game.
