Semi-Finals Game 3: Zalgiris - Juventus 80-72

Zalgiris defeated Juventus to seal their LKL Finals appearance. The hosts were already 14 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 20-14 Juventus' run in the last quarter cut the lead to 80-72 at the end of the game. It was a great evening for the former international Paulius Jankunas (205-84) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds. American-Ukrainian point guard Jerome Randle (175-87, college: California) helped adding 11 points and 5 assists. Zalgiris' coach Sarunas Jasikevicius let to play all 12 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was the former international power forward Egidijus Dimsa (204-85) with 20 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and American swingman Chavaughn Lewis (196-93, college: Marist) scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Zalgiris and four Juventus players scored in double figures.
