Everything went according to plan when sixth ranked Le Portel (19-15) beat on the road 16th ranked Chorale de Roanne (13-21) 85-71. Chorale de Roanne was ahead by 3 points at the halftime before a 45-28 second half run of Le Portel. They made 19-of-23 charity shots (82.6 percent) during the game.
