Lietuvos Rytas survived a tough road test against Neptunas to force the series into the fifth and decisive game. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 20-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Neptunas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Ken Brown (180-89, college: Philander Smith) who helped to win the game recording 9 points and 5 assists. International Adas Juskevicius (194-89) contributed with 12 points for the winners. Lietuvos rytas' coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. American guard Travis Bader (196-91, college: Oakland) replied with 21 points and his fellow American import Daniel Ewing (191-83, college: Duke) added 13 points and 4 assists in the effort for Neptunas.
