Semi-Finals Game 1: Tofas - Sakarya BSB 101-68

Tofas rallied past Sakarya BSB to surge ahead in the semifinal series. Tofas dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Sakarya BSB's 24 and made 19-of-23 charity shots (82.6 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Sakarya BSB 33-21 including 21 on the defensive glass. Tofas players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Sakarya BSB's players. Sakarya BSB was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international point guard Baris Ermis (194-85) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 5 rebounds and 12 assists for the winners and Bulgarian power forward Kaloyan Ivanov (205-86, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 17 points. Five Tofas players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international guard Fikret Can Akin (190-83, agency: 1x1 Sports) responded with 16 points and American Sean Evans (203-88, college: St.John's) scored 7 points and 9 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
