No shocking result in a game when third ranked Ostioneros de Guaymas (22-16) beat on the road 9th ranked Trigueros de Ciudad Obregon (16-22) 79-68. The best player for the winners was international power forward Fernando Benitez (204-89) who scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. Dominican guard Luis Flores (188-81, college: Manhattan, agency: 011 Sports) chipped in 16 points and 5 assists.
