We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 6th ranked Dandenong Rangers (5-7) lost to seventh ranked Canberra Gunners (6-7) in Belconnen 93-97 on Saturday. Canberra Gunners outrebounded Dandenong Rangers 41-24 including 26 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for center Ben Allen (211-86, college: St.Mary's, CA) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Tim Coenraad (201-85, college: Nova SE) contributed with 28 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American forward Daequon Montreal (201-87, college: Boise St.) replied with 25 points and point guard Lucas Barker (183-93, college: Indianapolis) added 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) in the effort for Dandenong Rangers.
