The game between closely ranked teams ended with fifth ranked Dolphins' (9-5) road victory over 6th ranked Force (6-6) 75-63 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was forward Rachel Pryor (184-89) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 17 rebounds. Power forward Teyla Evans (182-94) chipped in 17 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Dolphins players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was French forward Soana Lucet (185-87, college: Arizona, agency: LBM Management) who recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and 19 rebounds and Shyla Heal added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively. Dolphins maintains fifth position in League with 9-5 record. Loser Force dropped to the seventh place with six games lost. Dolphins will face higher ranked Flames (#3) in Townsville in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Force will play on the road against Pirates (#12) in Runcorn and hope to win that game.
