Very expected game in Loganholme where 11th ranked Clippers (3-10) were defeated by fourth ranked Logan Thunder (10-4) 78-68 on Sunday. Logan Thunder forced 26 Clippers turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Kate Gaze (173-90, college: St.Mary's, CA) who scored 35 points (!!!), 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Cassie Smith (180-89) chipped in 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Kierra Mallard (188-90, college: Texas Tech) who recorded a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and Czech guard Katarina Flasarova (171-85) added 16 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists respectively. Logan Thunder maintains fourth position in League with 10-4 record. Loser Clippers keep the eleventh place with ten games lost. Logan Thunder will have a break next round.
