Ashleigh Katariana fired 22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Swingman Stephanie Bairstow (188-94, college: Utah St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds. Zitina Aokuso produced 7 points and 12 rebounds and swingman Jazmin Shelley (174-0) added 10 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Brisbane Spartans moved-up to fourth place in League. Loser BA CoE keeps the sixth position with four games lost. Brisbane Spartans will face Lady Bandits (#7) in Albury in the next round. BA CoE will play at home against Hobart Chargers and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
