Regular Season Round 3: Panteras - Correcaminos 73-57

An interesting game for Panteras (2-1) which hosted in Panama City Correcaminos (1-2). Panteras had an easy win 73-57. Correcaminos were ahead by 9 points after three quarters before a 33-8 charge of Panteras, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 27 Correcaminos turnovers. It was a great evening for guard Luis Dinolis (183, college: Broward CC) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Gabriel Escobar (186-78) helped adding 17 points. Four Panteras players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was the former international swingman Isaac St.Rose (190-83, college: John Brown) with 25 points and 5 rebounds (perfect behind the arc making all six shots !!!) and power forward Jaime Lloreda (204-80, college: LSU) scored 4 points, 16 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 blocks. Panteras' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Panama City to the arena Halcones.
