Regular Season Round 6: Pinheiros - Osasco B. 91-78

The most important game in the last round took place in Sao Paolo between third ranked Osasco B. (4-2) and fourth ranked Pinheiros (5-1) on Monday night. Osasco B. was defeated by Pinheiros on the road 91-78. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Pinheiros. Osasco B. managed to win fourth quarter 29-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. Pinheiros have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Paulistano. Osasco B. at the other side dropped to the fourth position with two games lost. They share it with Franca. Pinheiros is looking forward to face Rio Claro (#6) at home in the next round. Osasco B. will play against Vivo/Franca and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
