Regular Season Round 12: Mogi - Osasco B. 86-54

Paulista top team - Mogi (12-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Osasco B. (7-5) in Mogi das Cruzes 86-54. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Osasco B.. Mogi dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Osasco B.'s 28. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Osasco B.'s players. The winners were led by American forward Tyrone Curnell (203-88, college: Valdosta St.) who scored that evening 10 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international point guard Larry Taylor (185-80, college: Missouri Western) supported him with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Even 14 points by Spanish-Argentinian point guard Nicolas Dominguez (183-90) did not help to save the game for Osasco B.. Rodrigo Maistro (200-87) added 10 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Mogi have an impressive 12-game winning streak.
