Rio Claro did not have too big problems ending evening with a very confident victory 85-67. The game without a history. Rio Claro led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international Guilherme Teichmann (206-83, college: Tulsa) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Naturalized Italian point guard Thiago Aleo (188-89) answered with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international center Michel Nascimento (208-78) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Osasco B.Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Rio Claro have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with defeated Osasco B. Rio Claro will play against bottom-ranked XV Piracicaba (#10) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Osasco B. will play against Liga Sorocaba (#8) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
