Polish Basket Gdynia defeated Belarusian Gorizont 67-56. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 42-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Montenegrin guard Jelena Skerovic (176-80, agency: Josep and Nicolas) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists. Lithuanian Monika Grigalauskyte (190-92) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Four Basket Gdynia players scored in double figures. Russian-Belarusian forward Yuliya Rytsikava (182-86) replied with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Nadzeya Nadzezhka (180-87) added 10 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Gorizont. Gorizont will play next round against Vega 1 trying to get back on the winning streak. Basket Gdynia will try to continue on its current victory against Istanbul Uni in Istanbul.
