Regular Season Round 3: Toshiba BT - Yokohama BC 87-85

The game between closely ranked teams ended with Toshiba Thunders' (2-2) home victory over Yokohama BC (0-4) 87-85 on Friday. Yokohama BC cut a 14-point halftime deficit to two at the end of the game. It was a great evening for American forward Nick Fazekas (211-85, college: Nevada) who led his team to a victory scoring 31 points and 8 rebounds. International point guard Ryusei Shinoyama (178-88) helped adding 6 points and 7 assists. Toshiba Thunders' coach Takuya Kita used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American-Bulgaria center Jason Washburn (210-90, college: Utah, agency: Pensack Sports) with 29 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all twelve shots !!!) and the former international guard Takuya Kawamura (193-86) scored 24 points. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
